You’ll drive governance, KPI/OKRs, and cross‑functional alignment, coach engineers, and push for bold, safe, scalable software solutions that enable an all‑electric future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Embedded Control systems and Software Architecture.
• 4+ years of direct people leader experience.
• Experience guiding embedded controls and software architecture teams, shaping architecture strategy and governance.
• Strong knowledge of interacting embedded systems and safety-forward design.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 12–15 Software Architecture Engineers and Specialists to execute the architecture strategy.
• Establish and maintain Software Architecture governance and best practices.
• Define KPIs and OKRs to drive efficiency and alignment with Built-in-Quality.
• Influence cross-functional partners to align on priorities and standards.
• Resolve conflicts and maintain momentum toward outcomes.
• Navigate ambiguity and define clear action plans with ownership.
• Communicate risks and elevate issues when needed.
• Champion continuous learning to strengthen architectural expertise.
