Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in enablement, learning design, instructional design, game design, interactive experience design, or related fields in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands‑on experience using AI platforms, content creation tools, authoring tools, or interactive technologies such as Articulate 360, Copilot, Gemini, or similar tools to create engaging digital experiences.
• Experience creating and editing multimedia content, including video, audio, graphics, interactive assets, or digital learning materials.

Responsibilities

• Champion accessibility and inclusive design standards across learning experiences, ensuring content is usable, scalable, and effective for diverse audiences
• Design and deliver AI-powered learning experiences including microlearning, simulations, games, and performance support resources grounded in adult learning principles
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on new learning approaches, then scale successful solutions across GTME
• Translate business goals and learner needs into practical enablement solutions with measurable impact
• Embed learning into the flow of work through just-in-time support, guidance, and performance aids
• Use AI tools and platforms such as Articulate 360, Copilot, Gemini, and others to accelerate content creation and personalization
• Curate and reuse existing content strategically, identifying when to build new assets versus leverage what already exists
• Measure learning effectiveness and use data and feedback to continuously improve experiences and outcomes
• Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to align on priorities and co-create impactful learning solutions
• Ensure learning content is accessible, easy to navigate, and designed for reuse across audiences and programs
• Continuously explore emerging AI tools, technologies, and workflows to improve speed, quality, engagement, and business impact
