Allied Universal, a leader in security and facility services, seeks a Service Manager in San Antonio to direct daily operations and lead a team of security officers and supervisors. You will set performance standards, coordinate client service, and drive safety and efficiency across multiple sites.

You will supervise staffing, payroll, and evaluations while using BI tools and AI platforms to optimize schedules, monitor metrics, and ensure contract compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 2+ years of managing hourly staff.
• Associate's degree with 3+ years of managing hourly staff.
• High school diploma with 5+ years of managing hourly staff.

Aufgaben

• Ensure security protocols and standards are upheld; manage frontline supervisors and officers to meet client-specific contractual hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage supervisors and officers; execute payroll, performance evaluations, and employee relations to build high-performing teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service that protects people and property.
• Leverage Allied Universal’s AI technology and BI platforms to track metrics, optimize schedules, and improve efficiency, productivity, revenue, and profitability.
