Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Operations Manager to lead onsite Account Managers, drive client satisfaction, and optimize security operations across locations. You will mentor teams, develop action plans, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering world-class service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 7+ years of management experience in a high-volume workforce or service industry.
• 5+ years of private security industry experience.
• 2+ years of security management.
• 2+ years of driving operational goals and metrics.
• Leadership skills fostering teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations and results.
• Proficiency in web-based applications including Microsoft Office and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Account Managers, fostering accountability and development.
• Maintain relationships with a high-profile client and implement action plans for improvements.
• Oversee Account Managers to deliver high-quality security service while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze, report, and drive KPIs using BI platforms to maximize efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate security risks; develop and implement security protocols and training.
• Promote a culture of safety and proactive risk management across sites.
• Ensure consistent service delivery across multiple locations and projects.
• Stay current on operational topics affecting guard programs and systems.
• Support invoice processing and client management for payment approvals.
• Coordinate with security integrators and project teams for installations and upgrades.
