Leapsome in New York is seeking a Sales Development Representative (Outbound) to join our brand-new outbound SDR team. You will build the sales playbook from scratch and craft human-centric outreach to HR leaders, driving pipeline for our AI-powered employee experience platform.

As the third member of the team, you will own outbound messaging across LinkedIn, email, and phone, collaborate with Marketing and RevOps, and help shape a scalable North American outbound program in a fast-growing,

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound SDR or similar sales role.
• Interest in AI technologies and SaaS sales to HR/finance.
• Comfortable in hybrid NYC environment with autonomous work style.

Responsibilities

• Research and reach out to HR and People leaders using personalized messaging across LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate high-quality pipeline.
• Partner with Marketing and RevOps to design and execute outbound campaigns that identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and contribute to the development of a repeatable, data-informed outbound methodology to scale the North American market.
