Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs and technical delivery. You will design Salesforce solutions, shape user journeys, and apply AI fluency to improve productivity and outcomes.

You’ll translate requirements, mentor teams, and contribute to Agile delivery in a hybrid client-facing role. You’ll work across discovery, design, build, test, deploy, and adoption, coordinating with clients and delivery teams to ensure secure, scalable, and adoption-ready

Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Typically 2–4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
• Experience supporting or leading Salesforce solution design activities within teams of five or more.
• Experience facilitating or supporting requirements, design, or process workshops with client stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration concepts, relational database concepts, and agile delivery methods.
• Salesforce certification(s), such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant, or related credentials.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and travel based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to understand client objectives and adoption barriers.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce solution designs across data, security, and integrations.
• Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Data Cloud concepts.
• Draft and iterate prompt instructions, grounding strategies, and escalation paths.
• Create solution documentation, user stories, data/integration notes, and handoff materials.
• Identify gaps between current and future state capabilities and plan mitigations.
• Collaborate with developers to define specs for custom code and migrations.
• Apply privacy, security, and responsible AI considerations throughout delivery.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, planning, demos, and UAT readiness.
• Mentor analysts and consultants in structured problem solving and client communications.
