Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs and technical delivery. You will design Salesforce solutions, lead workshops, and shape AI‑enabled workflows using Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Einstein for client engagements.

You will mentor teams, contribute to Agile ceremonies, and ensure secure, scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value. This role supports a hybrid, client‑facing delivery model.

Qualifications

• Four‑year bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience, including hands‑on configuration.
• Experience leading Salesforce solution design activities within teams.
• Experience facilitating or supporting workshops with client stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration concepts, and agile delivery.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to understand client objectives and outcomes.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce solution designs across data models, automation, security, and reporting.
• Design AI‑assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein, and Data Cloud.
• Draft prompts, agent rules, grounding strategies, and escalation paths.
• Create solution documentation, process flows, user stories, and integration notes.
• Identify gaps between current and future state capabilities and plan mitigations.
• Define specs for custom code, integrations, migrations, and PoCs with architects.
• Apply quality, privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI considerations throughout.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and release preparation.
• Mentor analysts and consultants in structured problem solving and client communication.
