Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs with technical delivery. You will support client workshops, shape user journeys, design Salesforce solutions, and apply AI fluency to improve productivity and outcomes.

You will mentor teams, contribute to agile ceremonies, and ensure secure, scalable, adoption-ready Salesforce solutions balancing innovation with governance.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business Systems, Information Systems, CS, Engineering, MIS or related field.
• Typically 2–4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
• Experience leading design activities within teams.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration concepts, and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to understand objectives and adoption barriers.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce solution designs across products and data models.
• Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein, and Data Cloud capabilities.
• Draft prompts, agent behavior rules, grounding strategies, and escalation paths.
• Create solution docs, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for developers and clients.
• Identify gaps between current and future state capabilities including data readiness and integration complexity.
• Collaborate with developers and architects on specs for custom code and migrations.
• Apply privacy, cybersecurity and responsible AI considerations throughout the lifecycle.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and support UAT readiness and demos.
• Mentor analysts and consultants in problem solving and client communications.
