Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs with technical delivery across discovery, design, build, test, and adoption for Salesforce solutions. You will shape workflows, design data models, and guide teams through AI-enabled approaches and responsible automation.

You will also mentor analysts, participate in Agile ceremonies, and contribute to client workshops, ensuring high-quality designs that drive measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related field.
• Typically 2-4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with hands-on configuration and customization.
• Experience leading Salesforce solution design activities within teams of five or more people.
• Experience facilitating requirements, design, and process workshops with client stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration concepts, relational databases, and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support business-led discovery sessions to understand client objectives and outcomes.
• Translate requirements into solution designs across Salesforce products and data models.
• Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Einstein.
• Draft, test, and iterate prompt instructions, grounding strategies, and escalation paths.
• Create solution documentation, data/integration notes, and handoff materials for teams.
• Identify gaps between current and future state capabilities and plan mitigations.
• Define specifications for custom code, integrations, migrations, and PoC scenarios.
• Apply quality, risk, privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI considerations throughout.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and release preparations.
• Mentor analysts and consultants in problem solving and client communication.
