Job summary

The role emphasizes standardized dashboards, data governance, automation, and the development of AI agents, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Data Management, CS, Data Science)
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, BI, or Data Management
• Hands-on experience with CRM, reporting, and data management systems
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude AI, ChatGPT, or Gemini

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standardized reporting and dashboards for MSO weekly reviews.
• Manage sales data across databases and cloud platforms with governance and quality control.
• Automate recurring reports and processes to improve efficiency.
• DevelopAI agents and AI-enabled solutions to process, summarize, and deliver sales data.
• Create data visualizations showing sales performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Continuously improve reporting processes, data sources, and metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, BI, IT and other stakeholders to address data and reporting needs.
