Appian, a leader in AI-powered process automation, seeks a Sales Analytics Operations professional to architect real-time sales performance reporting and enable AI-driven workflows. You will partner with sales leadership to influence territory planning, forecasting accuracy, and revenue optimization across global segments.

Responsibilities include building executive dashboards, conducting hypothesis-driven analyses, and transforming Salesforce data into standardized KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, data analytics, economics, statistics, or related field.
• 2+ years in sales operations, analytics, revenue operations or BI supporting enterprise sales.
• Advanced spreadsheet proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel including pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros and data modeling.
• Salesforce expertise for data extraction, report building, and pipeline analysis.
• Analytical rigor with ability to conduct data analysis and hypothesis testing.
• Experience implementing AI-powered automation and workflow tools to streamline reporting.
• Deep understanding of sales pipeline mechanics, forecasting and quota tracking.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own sales performance reporting systems delivering real-time pipeline visibility and quota attainment across segments and geographies.
• Lead hypothesis-driven analysis to uncover productivity patterns and opportunities influencing resource allocation and GTM optimization.
• Deploy AI automation and workflow enablement to reduce manual reporting cycles and accelerate insights for field sales and executives.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards and analytics frameworks for quarterly reviews, forecasting, and territory planning.
• Transform Salesforce data into standardized KPIs using advanced spreadsheet modeling to ensure consistency and accuracy.
