Dassault Systèmes seeks a Sales Operations Specialist focused on North America to drive data management, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled solutions for sales leadership and forecasting. The role will deliver accurate, timely insights for business reviews and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in Sales Ops or BI, strong data governance, and hands-on CRM experience, with familiarity in AI tools and the 3DEXPERIENCE ecosystem.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in data management, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years in Sales Operations, BI, Data Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven solution development.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, reporting, and data management systems.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude AI, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
• Experience developing or working with AI agents or intelligent automation is a plus.
• Experience with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, especially Netvibes Data Perspectives, is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain standardized reporting and dashboards for MSO weekly reviews.
• Manage sales data across databases, cloud platforms, files and other sources.
• Automate recurring reports and processes to improve efficiency and visibility.
• Develop and implement AI agents and AI-enabled solutions to process, summarize, and deliver sales data and insights.
• Develop data visualizations showing sales performance, trends, risks and opportunities.
• Continuously improve reporting processes, data sources and performance metrics.
• Partner with Sales, Sales Ops, BI, IT, and other stakeholders to address data and reporting needs.
