Genesys is seeking a Director of Sales, AI and Experience Orchestration in North America to lead a team of specialist overlay sellers. You will drive AI-driven customer outcomes by partnering with core Account Executives and accelerating complex enterprise opportunities.
You will build, coach, and scale a high-performing AI and Experience Orchestration team, translating customer challenges into measurable AI value and collaborating across Product, Marketing, Enablement, CS, and Professional
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise software sales, including AI-related solutions.
- 5+ years leading specialist overlay or pre-sales teams.
- Strong understanding of AI-powered customer experience and orchestration.
- Proven ability to influence outcomes with Account Executives.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop AI and Experience Orchestration Directors.
- Define operating models for AI specialists working with Account Executives.
- Drive AI-focused sales motions to support pipeline and revenue.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Enablement, CS, and PS.
- Engage with senior customer stakeholders on enterprise opportunities.
