Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Berlin/Wrocław is seeking a Sales Operations & AI Manager to own the systems, automations, and infrastructure powering the sales engine. You will bridge CRM architecture, AI-driven processes, and lead generation to help the sales team move faster and scale effectively.

You will partner with sales reps and content owners to formalize a repeatable sales motion, configure and improve Bitrix24 pipelines and automations, and build AI agents to automate routine tasks

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales operations or growth engineering in a digital-native or e-commerce environment.
• Hands-on CRM configuration experience with Bitrix24 a plus.
• Experience building AI-powered workflows or agents.
• Highly systematic thinker with documentation and gap closure.
• Strong bias for automation over manual work and clear prioritisation.
• Fluent English (C1+) experience; German or Polish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end inbound sales process architecture, mapping, optimising, and systemising from first touch to closed deal.
• Configure, maintain, and improve the CRM (Bitrix24): pipelines, automations, fields, workflows, and integrations.
• Build and deploy AI agents to automate repetitive sales tasks and accelerate decision-making.
• Own the technical architecture of email marketing: sequences, segmentation, trigger rules, and tooling.
• Build and operate lead generation automations: prospecting workflows, data sourcing, enrichment pipelines, and outreach sequencing.
• Ensure data quality and reporting integrity across all sales tooling for leadership visibility.
