Job summary

RTB House is seeking a Sales Manager to lead sales activities in the Polish market for its self-service advertising platform. The role focuses on driving new business within the small and mid-market e-commerce segment through targeted outreach and closing deals.

You will map target organizations, research accounts, execute high-volume outbound activities, and manage outreach with CRM and automation tools to book meetings and qualify opportunities, ultimately closing deals.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Proven cold calling skills.
• Ability to conduct independent research.
• Understanding of the full sales process.
• Experience with outbound and productivity tools.
• Sales experience in digital or performance marketing is beneficial.
• Strong English and Polish language skills are required.
