Prismfly, a global ecommerce CRO agency, seeks an Automation Specialist to design, implement, and manage a fully automated sales engine. You will optimize lead generation, outreach, follow-ups, and sales tracking using AI-driven tools and CRM integrations.

The ideal candidate will own end-to-end automation workflows, integrate tools like Pipedrive, HubSpot, and Airtable, and drive efficiency for the Business Development team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability 9AM-5PM CT.
• Expert in Google Sheets, Zapier, and ChatGPT.
• Experience with ecommerce agencies and automation for lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end automation workflows for lead generation and sales tracking.
• Identify and integrate CRM and sales automation tools to boost efficiency.
• Automate email campaigns, proposals, and reporting for the business development team.
• Build systems to identify, qualify, and prioritize leads using AI tools.
• Implement data scraping, enrichment, and segmentation for ICP targeting.
• Create and maintain automated processes to update and cleanse lead databases.
• Collaborate with Business Development to tailor automation solutions.
