Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sales Operations Lead in Dallas to drive data-driven decision making and operational excellence for the ASP organization focused on Data and AI. You will partner with AI GTM leadership to translate data into insights, shape strategic sales initiatives, and scale frameworks such as territories, quotas, forecasting and reviews.

You will lead processes, systems, and metrics to improve revenue growth and customer acquisition.

Qualifications

7+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience.
Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes or policies.
Experience analyzing complex data and translating results into actionable deliverables.
Experience presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Documents and implements standardized sales processes and metrics, incl. territories and quotas.
Manages pipeline qualification and attribution for accurate financial reporting.
Orchestrates AI-human collaboration in the sales process and optimizes AI tools.
Maintains data quality in sales tools for accurate reporting and forecasting.
Implements sales workflows and automation to improve seller efficiency.
Performs sales performance analysis to identify risks.
Drives regular business reviews with insights on pipeline health and trends.
Acts as primary contact to resolve stakeholder requests and run daily operations.
Leads sales tools training and adoption initiatives.
Leads cross-functional projects to improve sales efficiency.
Manages escalations and drives issues to resolution.
