Job summary

Amazon AWS is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to drive data-driven decision-making and operational excellence for the ASP organization focusing on the Data and AI Pillar. The role partners with AI Worldwide GTM leadership to implement and manage sales processes, tools, and metrics to increase revenue growth and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities include standardized processes, pipeline attribution, AI-human collaboration, data quality, and regular business reviews.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies.
• Experience conducting sophisticated analysis of complex data and translating results into actionable deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Documents and implements standardized sales processes and metrics, including KPI definitions and goal cascades.
• Develops and manages pipeline qualification, attribution and resolves attribution escalations for accurate financial reporting.
• Orchestrates AI-human collaboration in the sales process and manages AI sales tools and automated interactions.
• Maintains sales tools data quality to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
• Implements sales workflows and automation to streamline processes and improve seller efficiency.
• Conducts sales performance analysis on win/loss data, conversions, goal attainment and forecast accuracy.
• Prepares and drives regular business reviews with insights on pipeline health and performance trends.
• Acts as primary contact to resolve stakeholders’ requests and execute daily operations.
• Leads sales tools training and adoption initiatives to improve utilization and productivity.
• Leads cross-functional projects to improve sales efficiency and processes.
• Drives escalations and follows up to resolution.
