Job summary
Staples is seeking a Manager of Sales Intelligence & Strategy to own the evolution of a high-impact sales intelligence platform. The role sits at the intersection of product ownership, analytics, and AI enablement, partnering with Sales, Data, and Strategy teams to enhance how insights are delivered.
Approximately half the role focuses on analytics and AI-enabled capabilities, while the other half covers product ownership, roadmap planning, and driving adoption of new capabilities to improve
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven sales strategy.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and teams.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms and data modelling best practices.
Responsibilities
- Own the design, development, operation, and ongoing improvement of strategic sales intelligence products.
- Translate business strategy into requirements, metrics, and data models.
- Analyze sales performance to identify opportunities, risks, and recommended actions.
- Build scalable analytics solutions, dashboards, and automated reporting capabilities.
- Manage roadmaps and multiple initiatives, balancing short-term needs with long-term scalability.
- Drive adoption of new capabilities and provide leadership across major initiatives.
