Job summary

AutoStore is seeking a transformation leader to modernize Sales Support into a data-driven, AI-enabled operating model. You will shape high-impact commercial acceleration initiatives across the installed base, lifecycle, and partner ecosystem.

You will drive cross-functional transformation, define future-state processes, and build scalable, repeatable motions with clear ownership and strong executive alignment. This role demands hands-on leadership in a global, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• Experience shaping strategy from problem framing through execution and adoption.
• Experience modernizing manual, email-heavy workflows into scalable, tech-enabled operations.
• Working knowledge of AI, automation, and agentic workflows with practical business value.

Responsibilities

• Modernize Sales Support and create a data-driven operating model.
• Define future state with intake models, SLAs, and visibility across backlog and cycle times.
• Evolve Sales Support into a trusted premium operating capability for sellers and partners.
• Shape and scale commercial acceleration initiatives across installed base, lifecycle and partner ecosystem.
• Lead cross-functional transformation with clear ownership and fast execution.
