Job summary

AutoStore is seeking a transformation leader to sharpen the future operating models and scale AI-enabled workflows across Sales Support and commercial acceleration initiatives.

You will partner with IT, Data, BI, Product, and Sales Operations to drive measurable outcomes in speed, quality, adoption, productivity, and user experience. This role blends strategy, process, systems, and hands-on execution in a global, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading transformation with measurable business impact.
• Proven ability to lead high-ambiguity, cross-functional work from problem framing through execution and adoption.
• Hands-on GTM, revenue operations, sales operations, or transformation experience where speed, quality, visibility were critical.
• Experience modernizing manual, fragmented workflows into structured, scalable, technology-enabled operations.
• Working knowledge of AI, automation, and agentic workflows with practical use cases.
• Ability to translate business friction into practical system requirements (dashboards, workflows, AI-enabled capabilities).
• Executive communication skills; simplify complex problems, build clear narratives, and align stakeholders.
• Ability to lead through influence in a global, matrixed environment and build trust with frontline teams.
• Strong analytical judgment using operational and commercial data for decisions.
• Ability to move between strategy, process, systems, and execution.
• A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset for building when needed.

Responsibilities
