Job summary

Inspire11 in the United States is seeking a Data Analyst to act as the bridge between data and decision-making, uncover insights, design data products, and help clients realize value through analytics.

You will gather requirements, build dashboards with Power BI or Tableau, and translate data patterns into actionable recommendations while collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consulting experience with a focus on data analysis, BI, or analytics strategy.
• Strong SQL skills, with experience analyzing large datasets and building queries to uncover trends and metrics.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
• Exposure to modern cloud data platforms, including Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or Synapse.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and GenAI (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to accelerate analysis.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Comfort in dynamic, cross-functional environments, with an agile mindset.

Responsibilities

• Uncover client needs through stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and exploratory data analysis.
• Assess raw data to evaluate trends, data quality, performance metrics, and business logic accuracy.
• Design and build dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Profile and interpret data to translate patterns into actionable recommendations.
• Leverage cloud data platforms to access and analyze data at scale.
• Interface with clients throughout project lifecycle and iterate on deliverables.
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and solution owners to deliver holistic solutions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and co-creation workshops with clients.
