Job summary

Acosta Group seeks a Sr Manager BI – (Commercial Enablement Trainer) to lead design and delivery of a unified commercial workflow platform training. You will develop end-to-end programs spanning insights, planning, execution, and reporting for sales services and BI teams.

Responsibilities include creating instructor-led content, eLearning modules, and performance support tools, while enabling adoption of AI-driven insights and automated workflows. 25% travel expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Education, Communications or related field.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and BI data with ability to interpret data for insights.
• Adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Flexible and adaptable in fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Commercial business processes, learning technologies, and storytelling.
• Preferred experience in Project Management, Sales Enablement, and/or AI-assisted workflows.
• Skilled in analyzing business challenges and identifying growth opportunities.
• Effective communicator with strong presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience managing projects independently and driving progress.
• Build stakeholder relationships and translate goals into actionable plans.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Teams proficiency.
• Learn and apply Articulate Rise/Storyline, Camtasia, Genially.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver multi-faceted training programs for new commercial workflows.
• Provide training on AI-generated insights, alerts, and automated workflows.
• Lead user readiness, adoption, and change management strategies.
• Collaborate with Acosta Group teams to create effective learning solutions.
• Train users to interpret analytics outputs and translate insights into actions.
• Create role-based learning experiences for diverse audiences.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person trainings, workshops, and onboarding.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via feedback and metrics.
• Support training across insight generation, recommendation development, and reporting.
