Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Sr Manager BI – (Commercial Enablement Trainer) to lead design and delivery of a unified commercial workflow platform. This role builds training spanning insights, planning, execution and reporting for Omnichannel sales services and Business Intelligence teams.

You will work with cross-functional teams to create engaging content—instructor-led, eLearning, job aids—and enable associates to leverage AI-driven insights, recommendations and automated workflows to drive

Qualifications

Minimum of High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications or related field is preferred

Responsibilities

Design, Develop and deliver and maintain multi-facted training programs supporting the adoption of new commercial workflows and application and related business processes.
Provide training solutions that enable associates to effectively leverage AI-generated insights, recommendations, alerts, and automated workflows while applying business judgment to drive commercial outcomes.
Lead user readiness, adoption, reinforcement, and role-transition strategies to ensure successful behavioral change across sales, category, analytics, and leadership audiences.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Acosta Group teams to develop high-quality learning solutions that leverage effective tools, technologies, and instructional strategies
Train users to interpret analytical outputs, evaluate recommendation quality, understand business drivers, and convert insights into actionable business decisions.
