Postscript is an AI messaging platform trusted by 20,000+ Shopify brands. We are fully remote and focused on making SMS the top revenue channel for our customers.

As a Client Strategist, you will own end-to-end SMS strategy for a rotating group of brands and collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams. You will craft best-in-class copy, brainstorm revenue-generating strategies with merchants, and help brands stand out with innovative campaigns and messaging.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven experience in the direct-to-consumer space with strong knowledge of SMS, copywriting and best practices.
• Hands on experience with A/B testing and persuasive copywriting.
• Experience in e-commerce and marketing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling, innovative content for SMS campaigns, automations and calls to action.
• Develop advisory relationships with customers and strategize on new marketing ideas.
• Track, analyze and iterate on customers’ results to drive growth on the Postscript platform.
• Establish marketing best practices and expand knowledge of customer marketing needs.
• Maintain expert-level product knowledge and act as a go-to consultant.
