Job summary

Postscript is an AI messaging platform trusted by 20,000+ Shopify brands. As a Client Strategist, you will own end-to-end SMS strategy for a rotating group of customers, collaborating with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to drive SMS revenue.

This fully remote role focuses on creating best-in-class copy and scalable campaigns for major brands. You will develop advisory relationships, execute marketing strategies, and help brands make SMS their primary revenue channel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct-to-consumer experience with SMS and copywriting.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and persuasive copywriting.
• Experience in ecommerce marketing.
• Customer-facing roles communicating with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling SMS campaigns, automations and CTAs.
• Develop advisory relationships and strategize marketing tactics.
• Track, analyze, and iterate customer results to scale on Postscript.
• Establish marketing best practices and stay current on product and ecommerce trends.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of our product and ecommerce marketing domain.
