TRM Labs is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager for On-Chain Compliance to empower the GTM team with AI-first onboarding, training, certification, and coaching. You will design and continuously improve enablement assets that shorten time to productivity as TRM’s products and regulatory knowledge evolve.

You will partner with Sales Leadership, PMM, Product, and Deployment to build AI-driven knowledge checks, roleplays, and tailored development paths.

Formación

• Demonstrated AI fluency and ability to ship AI-enabled enablement assets.
• Experience building onboarding, training, and certification programs for sales or customer-facing teams.
• Able to translate complex topics into simple, practical AI-driven resources.
• Hands-on with sales and enablement tools; quick to adopt and automate new systems.
• Comfortable creating AI quality checks and roleplays from real call/deal data.
• 3-5+ years in sales enablement or related GTM function, with crypto/compliance knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Shorten time-to-ramped-productivity for the On-Chain Compliance GTM team by owning onboarding built as an AI-first system.
• Build training, roleplays, and talk tracks from real data with AI for fast credibility.
• Raise win rates by ongoing training and certification across discovery, product mastery, objection handling, and compliance fundamentals.
• Deliver AI-driven development paths for each GTM team member and surface key coaching signals.
• Build AI quality checks so content stays accurate and practice is realistic.
• Ship agents and automations to scale the team's reach.
