Bioworld is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join the Irving, TX team in a full-time capacity. The role collaborates closely with National Account Sales Managers on projects spanning sales, preproduction management and buyer interaction.

You will act as the AI-enabled operational partner to the Sales team, ensuring smooth processes and accurate data handling. Responsibilities include coordinating with retailers, preparing quotes and cost sheets, managing sample logistics, and maintaining logs.

Formación

• Experience in inside sales support / coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required, Word and PowerPoint).
• Retail/wholesale experience in apparel and/or accessories preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with retail partners and sales team to share catalogs and presentations.
• Prepare quotes, cost sheets, and sales materials using approved automation.
• Manage samples, licenses, and asset tracking; maintain logs and reports.
• Assist in preproduction and order coordination across internal teams.
• Support meetings, showrooms, and pre-PO activities with accurate documentation.
