Confidential is seeking a Project Coordinator to own onboarding and implementation of technology solutions, bridging Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Support and Operations to launch new customers efficiently and position them for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Must have strong project coordination experience and a track record of onboarding customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage onboarding and implementation projects from sales handoff to go-live.
• Review orders and onboarding docs for accuracy using automation where possible.
• Own onboarding paperwork, forms, assignments, and signoff docs.
• Coordinate Go-Live calendar and resource allocations across teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, CS, and Operations to align projects.
• Lead recurring cross-functional meetings for visibility and accountability.
• Manage hardware escalations and coordinate resolutions with support handoffs.
• Optimize tools like Monday.com and Salesforce, including AI-assisted processes.
• Analyze KPIs and surface risks using AI tools to drive improvements.
• Identify gaps and propose onboarding workflow enhancements with Global IT.
