Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales support / coordination.
• Retail/wholesale experience in apparel/accessories.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Professional communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Interest in merchandise and licensed brands.

Responsibilities

• Send product catalogues and presentations to retail buyers.
• Prepare New Item Set Ups and/or Quote Sheets.
• Manage retailer’s e-comm copy and product specs.
• Attend meetings with retail partners and take notes.
• Submit packaging for retailer approvals and relay changes to internal design teams.
• Provide retailers with art for in-store marketing and manage files.
• Prepare and submit Sales Quotes using automated data capture and validation.
• Prepare cost sheets for supervisor review.
• Cross-check orders for completeness and delivery requirements.
• Maintain Purchase Order Logs and Internal Order Logs with updates and reviews.
• Coordinate production-order issues between teams and track decisions.
• Confirm final costs and delivery timing with internal partners and escalate mismatches.
• Manage recurring selling reports and account-performance tracking.
• Highlight exceptions and missing data for NASM/SA; prepare meeting materials.
