Job summary

Nextpower seeks a Sales Analyst – Robotics to support the commercial team in Fremont, CA or Nashville, TN. You will manage customer data, develop quotations, and coordinate with Engineering, Logistics, Operations, and Finance to deliver accurate pricing and defined scopes.

You will collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Directors on pipeline reporting, customer presentations, and commercial analysis, while building expertise in emerging robotics, AI, and automation technologies for solar

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of B2B sales support experience.
• Experience in sales analysis, financial analysis, business development, and/or program management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems; Salesforce and NetSuite preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver.
• Travel up to 20% to meet customers.
• Experience in solar, battery storage, robotics, automation, or AI sectors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer, project, and opportunity information in Salesforce and other systems.
• Develop accurate quotations and customer proposals reflecting requirements and scope.
• Support sales opportunities involving robotics, AI, and analytics solutions for solar projects.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Logistics, Operations, Finance for pricing, costs, margins, and schedules.
• Analyze pricing, costs, and margins to support profitable proposals.
• Follow up with customers to gather project information and advance proposals.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for information, pricing, and deliverables.
• Assist Account Managers with pipeline reporting and sales presentations.
• Participate in bid strategy discussions and proposal handoffs to Operations.
• Prepare handoff materials and ensure customer commitments are communicated to Operations.
• Build cross-department relationships and improve proposal materials and processes.
• Develop knowledge of robotics, AI, automation, and analytics in solar/battery ops.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
