Job summary

Nextpower is seeking a Sales Analyst – Robotics to support the commercial team in Fremont, CA or Nashville, TN. The role focuses on robotics, AI, and automation for solar and battery storage projects, managing quotations, pricing, and proposals.

You will coordinate with engineering, logistics, operations, and finance to ensure accurate scopes and schedules, while building expertise in emerging technologies for asset performance and safety improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of B2B sales support experience.
• Experience in sales analysis, financial analysis, business development, and/or program management.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and NetSuite preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer, project, and opportunity data in CRM/ERP systems.
• Develop quotations and comprehensive customer proposals reflecting technical requirements and scope.
• Coordinate input from Engineering, Logistics, Operations, and Finance to confirm pricing and schedules.
• Analyze pricing, costs, and margins to support profitable proposals.
• Support pipeline reporting, customer presentations, and commercial analysis.
• Assist bid strategy discussions and handoffs to Operations.
