Nextpower LLC in the United States is seeking a seasoned Sales Analyst to support B2B sales efforts across solar and related services. You will run bid strategy meetings, manage CRM and ERP data, and coordinate proposals with stakeholders to move opportunities from RFP to contract.

You will collaborate with Sales Leaders, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Care to optimize deal structure, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain positive contribution margins. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales support, sales analysis, and/or program management experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using CRM (Salesforce preferred) and ERP (NetSuite preferred).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel up to 10% to meet customers.

Responsabilités

• Sales Analyst team will divide, follow up, and close incoming US leads.
• Run bid strategy meetings for projects before quotes are released to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales Leader to manage complex multi-$M opportunities through the NX Sale Process.
• Coordinate day-to-day interactions with key account stakeholders.
• Prepare sales proposals with stakeholders and track activities in NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Create and maintain sales models to ensure positive contribution margins.
