Job summary

Navina is seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead RevOps initiatives in a fast-growing digital health SaaS company. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, BDR, and Marketing to design and optimize end-to-end processes, implement modern tools, and drive data-driven decisions across GTM functions.

The role emphasizes hands-on process design, AI-enabled reporting, and strong collaboration with sales and CS leadership to scale Navina’s go-to-market engine.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in Business Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations in SaaS.
• Experience scaling in hyper-growth environments with fast tool adoption.
• Proven track record redesigning cross-functional processes end-to-end.
• Strong analytics: build reports and narrate data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end business processes across sales and customer lifecycle.
• Design onboarding, playbooks, and methodology adoption (MEDDPICC or similar).
• Drive adoption of GTM tools, build training materials and workflows.
• Build quoting workflows in DealHub; manage pricing approvals and terms.
• Define and report core KPIs (MQL, SQL, ARR, NDR, conversion).
• Create dashboards and conduct deep pipeline/cohort analyses.
