First Advantage is a leading provider of mission‑critical background screening solutions to Fortune 100 and Global 500 brands. The Performance Analyst role supports GTM with ownership of ACV and Revenue performance, partnering with GMs and GTM stakeholders to drive visibility into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue realization.

This role collaborates with Finance and Marketing Operations to align pipeline, bookings, and revenue, and to provide data‑driven performance insights.

Competenze

• 7+ years in Revenue Performance, Sales Analytics, or Revenue Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Revenue tech stack: Salesforce, GongForecasting, ZoomInfo.
• Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI.

Mansioni

• Own annual pipeline modeling and ACV targets; analyze Pipeline ACV, Booked ACV, and Revenue.
• Monitor pipeline/forecast standards; identify risks, gaps, and trends.
• Monitor pipeline KPIs: Sales Cycle, ASP, Win Rates.
• Analyze pipeline health: coverage, velocity, aging, conversion, slippage.
• Support weekly pipeline and operating reviews with data insights.
• Partner with GMs on rep and team performance; identify gaps and improvements.
• Provide insights on how pipeline and bookings affect revenue realization.
• Collaborate with Finance & Marketing Ops to align pipeline, bookings, and revenue.
• Provide performance analysis to support segmentation and planning.
• Partner with Revenue Tech & Sales Ops for CRM reporting/analytics.
• Improve reporting, dashboards, and analysis for GM decision-making.
• Explore AI and advanced analytics to improve forecasting and performance insights.
