• 5+ years in full life cycle recruiting for technical researchers
• Experience recruiting for GenAI/LLMs or AI research teams
• Ability to design targeted outreach campaigns and reduce bias
• Strong collaboration with hiring managers and leadership
• Excellent organizational skills and autonomy
