Anthropic is seeking a strategic Go-To-Market Recruiter focused on Applied AI to scale our GTM team. You will own full-cycle recruiting for customer-facing technical roles like Solutions Architects and Pre-Sales Engineers, aligning with GTM leadership and leveraging AI tools to speed hires.

You'll need deep technical recruiting expertise in enterprise SaaS/AI and a passion for shaping how enterprises deploy Claude. This hybrid policy supports in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must recruit for customer-facing technical roles requiring deep technical knowledge and communication.
• Understand roles with LLMs, APIs, cloud architectures, and enterprise system integration.
• Proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships with hiring managers.
• Experience partnering with GTM leadership to align hiring with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for Applied AI team roles, including Solutions Architects and Pre-Sales Engineers.
• Partner with Applied AI leadership and GTM recruiting colleagues to develop hiring strategies
• Execute sourcing strategies to identify candidates with rare combinations of depth, empathy, and business acumen
• Create exceptional candidate experiences that reflect Anthropic's mission
• Build pipelines of talent with expertise in LLMs, cloud, enterprise software integration
• Collaborate with GTM recruiting to share market insights and best practices
• Leverage Claude and AI tools to improve recruiting efficiency while staying high-touch
• Provide data-driven insights on compensation trends and talent availability in Applied AI
