Qualifications

• Experience as a Software Engineer or related technical enablement role.
• Production experience building LLM-powered applications and workflows.
• Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript.
• Genuine enthusiasm for teaching audiences without engineering backgrounds.
• Judgment to know when enablement is needed vs. support or software.
• Strong communication skills earning trust with recruiters and engineers.
• Passion for making powerful technology safe and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated technical advisor to the Recruiting organization embedded with recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators.
• Lead with education: codify recruiter-created skills into teachable assets and run scalable enablement sessions.
• Work hands-on with recruiters: pairing on prompts, skills, and agent workflows; document patterns to avoid repetition.
• Develop fast prototypes and pilots for high-value workflows with real recruiter usage and a clear graduation path.
• Collaborate with AI governance to vet recruiter-built skills into shared tooling and productionization.
• Identify cross-team patterns and provide insights to Recruiting leadership, Data Solutions, and People Products.
• Create technical content for recruiting audiences: documentation, tutorials, sample skills, and walkthroughs.
