Job summary

Anthropic is hiring for the People Products team to define the blueprint for AI at work. You will build full-stack, AI-native workflows, tools, evals, prompts, and products, working closely with HR, recruiters, and managers to understand problems and iterate quickly with no gatekeeping.

You’ll move fast, shipping from idea to production, and make architecture decisions in a low-structure environment. You will be given high autonomy, own your decisions, and contribute ideas on how the team works

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience as a Fullstack or product engineer.
• Experience shipping LLM-native features or applications.
• Able to lead multi-month projects or teams as a tech lead or equivalent.
• Excellent communication with internal stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack end-to-end across the People Products portfolio.
• Design and implement AI-native workflows: tools, evals, prompts, and products.
• Collaborate with HR, recruiters, managers to understand problems and iterate quickly without gatekeeping.
• Make product and architecture decisions independently in a low-structure environment.
• Contribute ideas for how the team works and where applied AI can add leverage in people workflows.
