Job summary

Referment partners with a global investment and technology firm to fill a Technical Project Manager role within the Human Capital Products team. You will lead a multi-year initiative to reimagine recruiting—from sourcing and candidate reviews to offers and onboarding—partnering with Recruiting, a generative AI team, and software developers to deliver scalable, secure AI-enabled solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least eight years of tech project or program management

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree and 8+ years of technical project/program management.
Experience delivering enterprise-wide initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive execution in complex environments.
Hands-on, pragmatic approach; chief-of-staff or ops experience is a plus.
Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to experiment.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Drive alignment among stakeholders to develop and implement recruiting platform and related tech.
Define scope, build plans, manage timelines, and keep cross-functional teams aligned using AI tools.
Track milestones, report updates to leadership, address risks and bottlenecks.
Guide AI-enabled recruiting tools from roadmap to adoption in hiring workflows.
Apply agile techniques and support leadership planning cycles and workflows.
