Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a hands-on Recruiting Operations Manager to architect and build an AI-enabled talent acquisition function in the United States. You will deploy reliable AI workflows with measurable results, integrating Greenhouse ATS, Clay, LinkedIn Recruiter, Textio and Criteria to streamline requisition intake, scheduling, and updates.

You will own recruiting infrastructure, analytics, and vendor performance, while partnering with Finance for workforce planning and guiding IT

Qualifications

• Experience deploying AI-enabled recruiting workflows with measurable results.
• Production experience with conversational agents and trusted knowledge sources.
• Hands-on fluency with APIs, webhooks, structured data, automation platforms, and AI-assisted development.
• Strong recruiting operations, analytics, and change-management expertise.

Responsibilities

• AI architecture and delivery: design, prototype, deploy, and improve workflows.
• Deploy conversational AI for requisition intake, scheduling, and updates with human handoffs.
• Own recruiting infrastructure, integrations, data quality, and vendor performance.
• Partner on workforce planning with Finance and track hiring metrics.
• Enable teams by turning prototypes into adopted, supported workflows.
• Establish testing, access controls, data protection and fairness safeguards.
