Job summary

Profound, a fast-growing AI marketing platform, seeks a Recruiting Operations Manager in NYC to build and lead the recruiting operations team at scale. You’ll own the ATS, systems, and AI-enabled workflows that accelerate recruiters while preserving candidate experience.

You'll design the data foundation with dashboards, set SLAs, and enable hiring managers with structured templates and playbooks, partnering with Finance and People Ops on headcount planning.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in recruiting operations, HR systems, or closely related function.
• 2+ years managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Recruiting Coordination team as hiring volume grows.
• Own Profound's ATS end to end, including configurations and integrations.
• Build AI-enabled workflows to increase throughput without harming candidate experience.
• Design dashboards and SLAs to govern the recruiting process.
