Job summary

Ambrook is hiring our first Recruiting Coordinator to own interview logistics and candidate experience across all roles. You will work directly with and report to the founding recruiter, building a scalable, warm process that adapts as the company grows.

You’ll manage scheduling, candidate communications, and Ashby workflows while partnering with hiring managers. The role offers growth paths in recruiting operations and full-cycle recruiting.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years coordinating interviews at a fast-growing startup or high-volume environment.
• You run a clean Ashby setup with interview plans and templates.
• Every request gets a response within 24 hours; no silent blockers.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduling across active pipelines from screens to final rounds.
• Manage candidate communications: confirmations, itineraries, updates.
• Maintain Ashby stages, interview plans, and templates; collect feedback.
• Coordinate interviewer panels; balance load and back-ups.
• Produce weekly pipeline/scheduling health reports.
• Create templates or automation to reduce repetitive work.
