Ambrook is hiring its first Recruiting Coordinator to own interview logistics and candidate experience across all roles. You’ll work directly with Cody, our founding recruiter, and help shape a smooth, human-centric process.

We value AI-assisted workflows that free time for meaningful conversations and place care into every candidate touchpoint. You’ll grow into recruiting operations, sourcing, or full-cycle roles as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years coordinating interviews at a fast-growing startup.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Responsive with candidates and hiring managers, within 24 hours.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling across all active pipelines, panels, and time zones.
• Candidate communications: confirmations, prep emails, itineraries, day-of updates.
• Maintain Ashby stages, plans, templates; ensure timely feedback.
• Manage interviewer panels, shadowing, backups, and workload balance.
• Produce weekly pipeline and scheduling health reports.
• Automate repetitive steps and improve templates and playbooks.
