Job summary

Ambrook is hiring its first Recruiting Coordinator in the United States to own interview logistics and candidate experience across all roles, reporting to Cody, our founding recruiter. You’ll ensure smooth scheduling, warm communications, and consistent processes that make every candidate feel valued.

You’ll help build scalable systems with Ashby, keep interview panels fair and efficient, and drive weekly pipeline reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years coordinating interviews at a fast-growing startup with high volume.
• You run an organized Ashby, with interview plans and templates ready for every session.
• You respond to requests within 24 hours and keep candidates and hiring managers informed.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling across all active pipelines, including panels and time-zone coordination.
• Candidate communications: confirmations, prep emails, itineraries, day-of updates.
• Maintain Ashby: current stages, up-to-date interview plans and templates, timely feedback.
