Job summary

Ambrook, a NYC-based startup, is hiring its first Recruiting Coordinator to own interview logistics and candidate experience across all roles. You will work directly with Cody, the founding recruiter, and build a well-oiled coordination machine that scales with a fast-growing team.

You’ll contribute to AI-enabled recruitment, maintain Ashby workflows, and ensure every candidate journey is smooth, warm, and consistent across all stages and time zones.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years coordinating interviews, ideally at a fast-growing startup with high volume.
• You run a clean kitchen: an organized ATS, context ready for every interview, and nothing falls through.
• Every request gets a response within 24 hours, scheduled or flagged.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling across every active pipeline: panels, time zones, and reschedules.
• Candidate communication: confirmations, prep emails, itineraries, day-of updates.
• Ashby management: keep stages, plans, and templates up to date.
• Interviewer panels: balance loads, shadow pairings, backups.
• Reporting: weekly scheduling and pipeline health snapshot.
• Improve processes: write templates or automation when repeating tasks.
