Job summary

The D. E. Shaw Group in New York seeks a proactive Recruiting Coordinator for a two-year assignment.

You will support the recruiting process, coordinate candidate logistics, and partner with recruiters and AI-enabled workflows to drive a seamless experience. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong project management, and excellent communication. You will handle confidential information with discretion and collaborate across business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; keen attention to detail and excellent project management and facilitation skills.
Comfort with generative AI and technology-enabled tools to support workflows and improve efficiency, consistency and deliverables.
Experience adhering to operational guidance, checklists, and controls in a fast-paced environment.
Client-service mindset and ability to support a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.
Strong written and verbal communication to liaise with multiple business units and learn quickly.
Discretion with confidential information and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

Drive the hiring process forward, ensuring a seamless recruiting experience for internal and external stakeholders.
Partner with recruiters and use AI to execute all aspects of the recruiting process and participate in process improvements.
Support day-to-day recruiting activities and project initiatives as needed.
