Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least six years of recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines and levels of seniority.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Close searches and hire top talent across business, investment, and technical groups.
• Drive a best-in-class candidate experience with a data-informed view of pipeline health and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with business units to understand talent needs and participate in broader recruiting initiatives and projects.
• Identify and evaluate engineers, technologists, and quantitative professionals for technical and research roles.
