Job summary

EY seeks a Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives across the Americas OCTO. You will oversee delivery planning, Agile execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure AI-enabled products are delivered efficiently and with high quality.

This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, architecture, and business teams, coordinating budgets, schedules, and approvals while enabling teams to maximize flow and continuously improve delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Project Management or related delivery leadership roles.
• Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, governance, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Finance planning and analysis of budget with finance/strategy
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies per PMO standards
• Administer and maintain approvals for EY Certifications
• Onboard new suppliers with NDA and procurement agreements
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver milestones on time
• Support resource planning, governance activities and executive reporting
• Support roadmap execution by aligning delivery plans with product priorities
• Track milestones, releases, and adoption metrics to show progress and outcomes
• Improve delivery by monitoring sprint health, flow metrics, and team capacity
• Identify and remove impediments across engineering, architecture, and product teams
