Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining IT services.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within work environments.
• Ability to validate AI-assisted incident recommendations and ensure security/audit compliance.
• Experience managing applications or infrastructure in large-scale environments (on-premises and cloud).
• Proficient in observability and monitoring tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes: incident, problem, change, event management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Production Management tools supporting end-to-end service delivery.
• Lead adoption of enterprise AI capabilities to improve incident triage and actions.
• Develop strategy, roadmap, governance, and improvement for Production Management tools.
• Represent requirements to enterprise tool/product owners to influence direction and adoption.
• Execute policies to ensure stability and lead incident, problem, and change management.
• Monitor production environments, address issues, and communicate resolutions to stakeholders.
• Lead evaluation and integration of tools for PM processes and risk management.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI capabilities to improve insight and automation.
• Apply reuse-first, AI-assisted practices across incident/problem/change routines.
• Define and report performance metrics for tooling and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement of PM processes and training.
